Serviced accommodation offers fully furnished properties for short to medium-term stays, with inclusive services like cleaning and maintenance. It provides guests with a hotel-like experience and flexibility in booking durations. For landlords, it's a lucrative investment with increased rental yields whilst being hands-off.
What are the benefits of working with us?
Length of Contract:
- Long term lease of 3-5 years.
- Guaranteed rent.
- No void periods.
- Never go through the process of searching for a tenant again.
Maintenance costs:
- Anything up to £500, we will cover.
- We will project manage any repairs + maintenance.
Management fees:
- On average, with an AST contract, Estate Agents will charge 10% of the monthly rent to manage your property. We believe in getting you the highest rental yield whilst being completely hands-off. Therefore with us, there is no management fee.
Renovations:
- Light refurbishments.
- Increase the value of your property.
Regular Cleaning:
- Deep clean before & after every guest.
